Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the Cashier or Wallet section, and select the Withdraw option. Choose your preferred method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, IBFT, or card — enter the amount you want to withdraw in PKR, and confirm. Your first withdrawal requires identity verification (a CNIC copy is sufficient). After that, repeat withdrawals are straightforward.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. For standard accounts, the daily withdrawal limit is Rs 500,000. VIP players have higher limits. If you need to withdraw a larger amount, contact our support team and they'll arrange it for you personally.

Most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. IBFT transfers usually arrive within 2 to 4 hours on business days. Card withdrawals can take 1 to 3 working days depending on your issuing bank. All withdrawal requests submitted during peak hours (9 AM to 11 PM PKT) are processed same-day.

A withdrawal can be put on hold for a few reasons: your identity hasn't been verified yet, there's an active bonus wagering requirement still attached to your balance, or our fraud team flagged the transaction for a routine check.
